Are the scanners available immediately?
Our scanners do not come from mass production. We would rather describe it as a manufacture. However, we always have the basic version of An2Di scanners in stock. However, if we receive a personalized order for a scanner, the waiting time may be extended to 4 weeks.
Is it possible to see the scanner before buying?
In our showroom in Raszyn, near Warsaw, we present a demo version of An2Di. To get to know our product, we offer a free presentation of our equipment for those interested, and even the option of renting a scanner for testing.
What is included in the price of an art scanner?
Our company's standard is delivery to any location in Poland. (ask about delivery outside Poland), installation, calibration, and on-the-job training are included in the price of the scanner. In addition, software with a lifetime license, a workstation with a monitor, and optional accessories for our clients include: graphically personalized (e.g., with your company or institution's logo), mobile work tables, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and servers.
How long will I wait for the scanner?
If we do not currently have the basic version of the An2Di scanner in stock, the waiting time for the scanner to be delivered is up to 4 weeks.
Is installation and training included in the package?
